Responsible Play Policy

The lottery is not
an investment.

Every lottery game carries a negative expected return by design. Florida keeps roughly a third to a half of every dollar wagered. That is not a flaw we can analyse away — it is how the game is funded, and no tool on this platform, including ours, can change it. Never spend money you cannot afford to lose.

01 — What we will not tell you

We do not sell an edge on draw games

We publish a public audit of our own strategies against a random control across 41,727 settled picks. It found no measurable edge — our strategies performed no better than picking numbers at random.

We publish that because it is true, and because anyone selling you the opposite is selling you something they cannot deliver. If you are subscribing in the belief that our picks will make you money on Pick 3, Pick 4, Powerball, or any other draw game, please do not subscribe.

What this platform actually does is narrower and honest: it tracks scratch-off prizes remaining so you can see which games have been gutted, it sizes stakes so a bad run cannot wipe you out, and it shows its work. That is worth paying for. A winning system is not, because it does not exist.

02 — Warning signs

When play stops being play

If any of these sound familiar, it is worth talking to someone. All of them are common, and none of them mean you are weak or foolish.

One is enough to be worth a call. 1-888-ADMIT-IT

03 — Ground rules

How to play without getting hurt

01
Set the budget before you play, not during
Decide the amount as entertainment spending — the same way you would budget a night out. When it is gone, you are done for the month. Not "done unless something feels due."
02
Never chase a loss
The draw has no memory. A losing streak does not make you "due." Increasing your stake after a loss is the single fastest way people turn a hobby into a crisis.
03
Never play with money that is owed to something else
Rent, groceries, bills, credit, or borrowed money. If losing the stake would change your week, the stake is too large.
04
Expect to lose. Assume the money is spent.
The mathematics say roughly half of what you wager will not come back. Treat every ticket as bought entertainment, not as a position that might pay out.
05
Set a time limit as well as a money limit
Hours spent studying numbers is its own cost. If the analysis has stopped being interesting and started feeling compulsory, step away from it.
06
Do not play to fix anything
Not debt, not a bad month, not a mood. A lottery ticket is the most expensive possible way to solve a financial problem.
04 — Our commitments

What we will and will not do

05 — Self-exclusion

Stepping away

If you want to stop, we will help rather than get in your way. Email support@lottologiciq.com with the subject line SELF-EXCLUDE and we will cancel your subscription, delete your account, and remove you from every mailing list within one business day. You do not need to explain, and we will not ask you to reconsider.

To exclude yourself from Florida Lottery play itself, contact the Florida Council on Compulsive Gambling at 1-888-ADMIT-IT. They can also refer you to free counselling and peer support in your area.
