3. Nature of the Service

LottoLogic IQ provides mathematical analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling based on publicly available data. The Service is for entertainment and educational purposes only. Any "strategies," "recommendations," or "AI picks" provided by the Service are statistical models, not financial advice or guarantees of winning. You acknowledge that it is mathematically impossible to guarantee a win in a game of pure chance.

4. Assumption of Risk

You assume 100% of the risk associated with purchasing lottery tickets. You acknowledge that you can lose all money spent on lottery tickets. LottoLogic Analytics LLC, its founders, and its employees shall not be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or gambling addictions resulting from the use of our data.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription ("PRO" or "ELITE"). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Due to the digital nature of the analytics, we do not offer prorated refunds for partially used months.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date data synced from official sources, we cannot guarantee that our database is free of errors, delays, or omissions. You should always verify winning numbers and prize remaining counts directly with the official Florida Lottery before making purchasing decisions.
